IléKeys Realty is a real estate consultancy run by Motunrayo in Lagos, Nigeria. I respect your privacy and handle your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What I collect
- Details you give me: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, budget, and the property you're interested in, when you request a brochure or join my VIP buyers list.
- Messages you send: when you contact me on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
- Anonymous website statistics: counts of visits and pages viewed, measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Information saved on your own device: your saved properties, your compare list, and your contact details (so you don't have to type them again). These stay in your browser and you can clear them at any time.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiries and send the brochures and price lists you ask for.
- To send you new listings that match your needs, if you joined the VIP list.
- To arrange inspections and help you through a purchase you choose to make.
I rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on a form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who I share it with
I never sell your information. I share it with a developer or seller only when you ask to go ahead with an inspection or purchase, and only what's needed for that. My website is hosted by Cloudflare and stored securely with access limited to me.
How long I keep it
Only for as long as needed to help you with property, or until you ask me to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me to stop contacting you. Message me on WhatsApp or email hello@ilekeys.com and I'll respond promptly.
